Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented Assistant Waiters to support our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth and efficient service while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in serving food and beverages, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Prepare and reset tables to established service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining and service areas.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff regarding guest requests, allergies, and menu details.
- Support banquet and event setups, servicing, and breakdowns as per function requirements.
- Ensure proper handling of tableware, cleanliness of equipment, and compliance with hygiene and safety protocols.
- Respond professionally to guest inquiries and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service and uphold brand standards.
- Complete closing duties and maintain organized, stocked service areas.
- Uphold grooming, uniform, and appearance standards at all times.
